What is Sober Living?
Our Sober Living homes near you in Arizona provide structured, supportive, and safe housing for those struggling with addiction.
Typically, individuals will live in Sober Living after treatment as a tool for continuing with their recovery. These facilities inspire healthy coping skills and lifestyles before returning home. Most Sober Living homes require you to attend a certain number of weekly support groups, have a job or go to school, and participate in weekly drug testing to ensure sobriety.
Life After Treatment
The support and structure of sober living allow you to go back to work or school with confidence, knowing that you have the support of your peers in a safe drug and alcohol-free environment while adapting to the everyday challenges and changes that occur in your life.
Self-Worth and Accountability.
Becoming accountable to your peers, sponsor, and the program is a vital foundation of long term sobriety. Having accepted responsibility for your recovery and actions, a person in early recovery will then be able to rebuild their self-worth.
